Great talent will leave if they aren't treated well. A must read for the enlightened supervisor. It explores many different, effective techniques forretaining key talent in the workplace. The book has lots of white space, clean graphics, easy to understand text.

I believe every manager and employee should read it and practice what is on the pages. The book is excellent, easy to understand, and easy to put in practice. He uses a Chapter in his monthly global meetings. They read it and discuss how they can implement it.
